I am having problems logging in....

If you have already registered your TeamCard, simply enter your username and password to log in. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the 'Trouble logging in?' link at the bottom of the 'LOG IN' panel. This will take you to a page where you can check your 'password hint' or arrange to have your username and password sent to your registered email address.


I've forgotten my Username or Password...

If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the 'Trouble logging in?' link at the bottom of the 'LOG IN' panel. This will take you to a page where you can check your 'password hint' or arrange to have your username and password sent to your registered email address.


My username and/or password isn't being accepted...

If your username or password are not accepted when attempting to login, you are likely using the incorrect login information. Click on the 'Trouble logging in?' link at the bottom of the 'LOG IN' panel. This will take you to a page where you can check your 'password hint' or arrange to have your username and password sent to your registered email address. Once logged in you can change your preferred username and password by going to the 'change details' page.


How do I register my TeamCard online?

Simply go to the home page at www.myteamcard.co.uk and enter your 14 digit teamcard number into the 'Register Your TeamCard' panel and press the 'continue' button. your TeamCard number can be found on the back of your card above the barcode. Fill in a few simple details and that's it. You'll be sent a confirmation email when finished. Once you've clicked on the link provided in this email your account is set up.


I haven't received my registration confirmation email...

Please check your spam/junk folders. Sometimes the verification email will be redirected as spam due to specific restrictions from your mail server. If you do not find the email in your junk folder please contact us to have a replacement email sent to you.


I have made a purchase and yet my points aren't showing in my account...

Please allow up to 24 hours for points to be displayed on your account. If you are concerned you should have received points after this time, then contact your issuing organisation for assistance.
